Who can do this: Microsoft Entra ID Global Administrator (or equivalent IT Admin role with External Identities permissions)
Why enable cross‑tenant sharing?
Verisoul connects to your Microsoft environment via B2B Direct Connect so our fraud‑prevention tools can access the signals they need while still respecting your organization’s security boundaries. Turning on cross‑tenant sharing for Verisoul.ai allows secure, policy‑based collaboration without granting broader permissions to other tenants.
Prerequisites
You are signed in to the Microsoft Entra admin center with a Global Administrator account.
Your tenant has External Identities features enabled (any Azure AD Premium P1/P2 or Microsoft Entra ID P1/P2 license includes this).
You have the screenshots provided below (or your own) to verify each step.
Tip
Have a second browser tab open on this guide so you can follow the steps while working in the Entra admin portal.
